S. Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is one of the longest-running and most prestigious food and wine festivals in Europe. In the spring of 2018, like every year, the kermesse will bring some of the most well-known and appreciated names of international cuisine in Ticino (and not only).
Great Chefs, the finest gastronomy, excellent wines and unique locations: this is S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino, one of the most outstanding events in Canton Ticino. Its programme includes more than 20 dates, among which a gourmet aperitif at the Blu Restaurant & Lounge in Locarno and exclusive nights at Villa Orsellina in Locarno and at the Castello del Sole in Ascona, where the local Chefs will host the greatest stars of the international cuisine. If food and wines are culture, the festival is the flag carrier.
